I started my career working my way up the corporate ladder, but I had a nagging feeling that something was missing. By the time my kids arrived, I was still working crazy hours to "keep my career on track" and missing out on precious moments with my family.

So, I decided to choose a different path. I decided I didn't just want the title I wanted to make a lasting impact. So, I started working on solutions and tools that would make my leadership impactful and that respected my values.

Over the course of my 30-year career, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and invaluable lessons. My desire is to share this experience with seasoned leaders as well as those who aspire to join their ranks.
